Return Policy

This Return Policy explains how to cancel purchases, exercise statutory rights, and return products bought from Klixarungrexmlox through klixarungrexmlox.world, including Vascugest Vital. It supplements our Terms of Service and does not replace mandatory consumer protections under EU and Danish law.

2. Right of withdrawal for distance contracts

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you generally have a right of withdrawal from distance contracts under the conditions set out in Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in Denmark by the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Consolidation Act No. 638 of 12 June 2013, as amended) and related executive orders.

The withdrawal period is typically fourteen days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods. If multiple items are ordered in one order and delivered separately, the period may start from the last item’s delivery where applicable under law.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through an unequivocal statement (for example email or letter) before the withdrawal period expires. You may use a model withdrawal form if you wish, but it is not mandatory where a clear statement is provided.

3. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the returned goods, including delivery costs at the standard rate you selected, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision, provided we receive the goods back or evidence of return as permitted by law.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earlier, where permitted by law.

Unless we offer to collect the goods, you must send them back without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days of communicating your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

4. Exceptions for sealed goods and hygiene

Statutory exceptions may apply to the supply of goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, when such goods cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons, as permitted under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Food supplements such as Vascugest Vital are often supplied in sealed containers. If you break the seal after delivery, your right of withdrawal may be lost for that product, subject to mandatory national interpretation. If the product is defective or not as described, separate statutory remedies apply as described below.

5. Defective goods and non-conformity

Consumers have rights regarding goods that are not in conformity with the contract at the time of delivery under the Danish Sale of Goods Act and EU Consumer Rights Directive implementations. If you discover a defect, contact us promptly with a description and, where useful, photographs of the issue and packaging.

Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract, following statutory rules on hierarchy and proportionality. Time limits for asserting claims depend on the type of goods and applicable national rules.

6. Return shipping costs and risk

Unless we agree otherwise, you bear the direct cost of returning goods when exercising the right of withdrawal, except where we fail to inform you that you must bear those costs or where we have offered free returns for the campaign in question.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, as permitted by law.

Use reasonable packaging to prevent damage during transit. We recommend tracked shipping for higher-value orders so proof of return exists if questions arise.

7. Commercial return guarantees

If we publish a commercial satisfaction or return window beyond statutory rights, the specific conditions will appear on the product page or checkout. Commercial policies cannot reduce statutory consumer rights.

8. Refund methods and timing

Refunds are made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise and any alternative does not entail fees for you. Some payment providers post credits according to their own schedules.

If you used a gift card or store credit, refunds may be credited back in the same form where technically feasible.

9. Exchanges

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If you need a different item, the simplest route is often a return under applicable rules followed by a new order. Contact us if you prefer a direct exchange and we will outline available options.

10. Business customers

If you purchase as a business, statutory consumer withdrawal may not apply. Contractual return terms are governed by your agreement with us and applicable commercial sale law unless mandatory rules still protect certain microenterprise situations.

11. Dispute resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may refer to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ or contact Datatilsynet for privacy matters where relevant. Consumer councils in your country may provide guidance.

12. Updates

We may update this Return Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The effective date will be revised accordingly.
