These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to the website located at klixarungrexmlox.world (“Website”) and any purchase of goods offered by Klixarungrexmlox (“we”, “us”, “our”), including Vascugest Vital and related products. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or submit orders. Where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides rights that cannot be waived, those rights prevail over conflicting provisions below.

Keep the product out of reach of children.

Labeling on the physical product prevails if there is an inconsistency with online text caused by formulation updates. Packaging artwork may change when suppliers update materials; contents remain consistent with the batch label for each production run unless a regulated change requires relabeling.

4. Eligibility and medical disclaimer

Products are intended for adults unless the label states otherwise. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or under medical supervision, seek advice from a qualified health professional before use. We do not provide medical advice through the Website.

5. Orders, price, and payment

Product listings constitute an invitation to treat. An order you submit is an offer. We may accept or decline orders for legitimate reasons, including stock availability, suspected fraud, export restrictions, or obvious pricing errors.

Payment is processed through our payment partners. You authorize us and the payment provider to charge the selected payment instrument for the total amount shown at checkout, including taxes and shipping where applicable.

6. Delivery, risk, and title

Delivery times are estimates and depend on carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided, except where mandatory law shifts risk differently. Title passes when the purchase price has been received in full, unless local law requires an earlier transfer.

You must provide accurate delivery information. Additional charges may apply if an address is incorrect or if redelivery is required due to circumstances within your control.

7. Right of withdrawal for consumers (EU/EEA)

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts under Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in Denmark and your local law. Exceptions may apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, when such exceptions are permitted by law.

8. Statutory conformity and commercial guarantees

Consumers receive statutory rights regarding non-conforming goods under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Consolidation Act No. 633 of 11 June 2013, as amended) and related consumer rules. Any commercial guarantee we offer is in addition to statutory rights and will be described separately when applicable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Website use or product purchase, except where such exclusion is prohibited.

Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising from a specific order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where mandatory law requires a higher cap for personal injury or fraud.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is unlawful.

10. Intellectual property

All Website content, trademarks, layouts, and product photography are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent, except for private copying permitted by law.

11. Privacy and communications

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Transactional emails related to your order are part of contract performance. Marketing communications require a valid legal basis as described there.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, failures of public infrastructure, or actions of authorities, provided we make reasonable efforts to mitigate impact.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would refer to another jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where you qualify as a consumer.

The courts of Denmark have jurisdiction for business customers unless another forum is mandatory. Consumers may bring proceedings in Denmark or in the courts of their place of residence where EU law provides such rights.

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution before a specific body, but we will consider good-faith resolution requests.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or commercial changes. The revised version applies to new orders after publication on the Website. For ongoing subscriptions or installment arrangements, material changes will be communicated as required by law.

15. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The invalid provision should be replaced by a valid provision closest to the original intent within legal limits.

16. Product availability and substitutions

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we may offer a revised delivery date or a refund of the affected portion. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every SKU at all times. Where equivalent replacements are permitted by law and clearly disclosed, we will seek your agreement before substitution.

17. Export and sanctions compliance

You warrant that your purchase and receipt of goods comply with applicable export controls and sanctions. We may refuse or cancel orders where delivery would violate applicable restrictions.

18. Language

The English version of these Terms governs the relationship unless mandatory local law requires a different priority for a translated version. If translations are provided for convenience, discrepancies are resolved in favor of the English version to the extent permitted by law.
